腕時計修理編 No.1 Watch Repair No.1

今回修理する時計はカルティエになります。

The watch being repaired this time is a Cartier.

 

お預かりした状態は、止まり、カレンダーの早送り不良でした。

 When we received it, it had stopped working and the calendar was not fast-forwarding properly.

原因を探していきます。

We will look into the cause.

まずはカレンダーの早送りはパーツの損傷でした。

The fast forwarding of the calendar was due to damage to parts.

写真のように裏押さえの一部が痛んでいました。この部分が原因でカレンダー機構への切り替わりが出来ず早送りが出来ない症状が出ていました。このパーツは交換をいたします。

 As you can see in the photo, part of the back clamp was damaged. This part was causing the calendar mechanism to not switch over and the watch was unable to fast forward. We will replace this part.

そして次は止まりですが、時計の機構をバラしていきます。

Next the stopping part, which involves disassembling the clock mechanism.

調べていきますが、パーツの損傷は見当たりませんでした。ただ機械内部の潤滑油の乾燥、機械汚れが原因で止まりの症状が出ていました。

 We investigated and found no damage to the parts. However, the stopping symptoms were caused by the lubricating oil inside the machine drying out and the machine being dirty.

オーバーホール（分解掃除）を行い組み上げていきます、動かなかった機械が動き出し精度の調整をしていきます。

We will overhaul (disassemble and clean) the machine and then assemble it. Machines that were not working will start working again and their precision will be adjusted.

振り角、片振り、精度もいい感じに仕上がりました。

 The swing angle, single swing, and accuracy were all excellent.

今回の修理は痛んでいたパーツが少なくオーバーホールで修理が終わりました。

 This time, there were only a few damaged parts, so the repair was completed with an overhaul.
