2026年初の大阪木津卸売市場に行ってきました。

I went to Osaka Kizu Wholesale Market for the first time in 2026.

魚を買うときは良く利用しています。

I often go there to buy fish.

市場なので朝は早く6時から7時の間には着くようにいきます。

I'll arrive early in the morning, between 6am and 7am.

目当ては生簀保管の活シマアジです。

My target is striped jack kept in a fish tank.

その日はとても良いシマアジを購入することが出来ました。

That day I was able to purchase a very nice striped jack.

重さは約2.8kgになります！

It weighed about 2.8kg!

脂は程よく乗っており、歯ごたえが強く大変美味でした。

It had just the right amount of fat, a strong texture and was very delicious.

ブログ投稿ではシマアジの登場は２回目ですね。

This is my second time featuring striped jack in a blog post.

何度食べてもおいしいです。

It's delicious no matter how many times I eat it.
