G-SHOCKから、日本の酒場文化を象徴する「赤提灯」をデザインモチーフにしたモデルです。 仕事帰りなどに手軽にお酒や食事を楽しむ場所の象徴として、人々の心に温かさと活気をもたらしてきた日本ならではの文化「赤提灯」。今回はMade in Japanモデルとしてその温かみをG-SHOCKに込めています。 提灯の赤をベースカラーに、ベゼルからバンドまで、G-SHOCKの最たる特徴である「耐衝撃」のプリントを配したユニークなデザイン。バックライトのカラーや持ち手の色味にインスパイアされたボタンと遊環など、こだわりの仕様となっています。裏蓋にも提灯のモチーフを刻印し、パッケージにも赤提灯を大胆にあしらった特別仕様です。 ※ベゼル、バンドの主な樹脂パーツにバイオマスプラスチックを使用。 原料に再生可能な有機資源を使用し、環境負荷低減への貢献が期待されています。

This model from G-SHOCK is designed with the "red lantern," symbolizing Japanese tavern culture. The 'red lantern' is a uniquely Japanese cultural tradition that has brought warmth and energy to people's hearts as a symbol of a place to easily enjoy drinks or meals after work. This time, as a Made in Japan model, we infuse that warmth into the G-SHOCK. With the red lantern as the base color, G-SHOCK's signature "shock resistance" print is featured from the bezel to the band, creating a unique design. The buttons and playring are inspired by the color of the backlight and the handle color, featuring carefully crafted designs. The lantern motif is engraved on the back cover, and the packaging boldly features a red lantern in this special edition. * Biomass plastic is used for the main resin parts of the bezel and band. By using renewable organic resources as raw materials, it is expected to contribute to reducing environmental impact.
